Over the weekend, a Bridgeton man was accused of masturbating while filming a woman in the parking lot of the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing.
According to a post on social media, Qushine Tolbert, 36, of Bridgeton was masturbating and recording a woman in the parking lot of the Hamilton Mall. In the post, the woman said she quickly called the police. Tolbert fled the scene, but was reportedly taken into custody later.

Other reports indicate this is not Tolbert’s first time pleasuring himself in public, as he was arrested in 2016 after doing something similar in a nearby Walmart.
